Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Operator located in Hosur. The Production Operator will be responsible for working within a manufacturing environment in the production of tissue culture plants and conducting quality control measures. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent (Degree in Biology/ Biotechnology is preferred) • Fresher's most welcome • Experience in a manufacturing environment with experience in quality control procedures • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures strictly • Able to work in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Excel and data entry • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in procedures
