How to request for a refund?
1. Now you can directly raise a support ticket for refund on the dashboard. Click the Contact us button, explain your issue. Our support team will reach out to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue

Am i eligible for refund?
You are eligible for a refund if:
1.Your Purchase was made within 24 Hours.
Your profile is verified and adheres to the Hyres policies. Read more about it here
If you have purchased the plan directly from our website, mobile app or our sales team, 100% of the plan purchase amount If you are eligible
Additionally, If you have received calls from irrelevant candidates, or have issues with candidate quality in the database, our team will verify the cases and the amount will also be refunded (₹50 per call, ₹30 per Database unlock)
