Perform order and sometimes technical components of the order to ensure Customers network and site readiness is in line with the services being orderedComplete the system-driven Network circuit design such as equipment port slotting and mapping and updating records in the corresponding inventory and provisioning systemsAddress order automation fallout including verification & approve correct system-built network design, Automated Service Request and/or other subtending ordersTrack, manage, and resolve all Third-Party Access Provider related activities, milestones, & escalationsBuild closer working relationships with Third-Party Access Providers through daily interactionsEnsure all exceptions/issues are documented, corrected/resolved in a timely manner to ensure the order is completed by the Customer Due Date (CDD)Track, manage, and drive all components needed for network readinessProvide performance input to enable client conduct carrier performance management reviews.
