Role & responsibilities
-Sourcing & Screening of resumes through available recruitment sources
-Scheduling & coordination of F2F and virtual interviews
-Responsible for Background verification process closely working with vendor partners
-Adhere to Talent Acquisition Manual for Entire Recruitment process
-Maintain database & prepare hiring dashboard on weekly basis
-Preparation of offers, documentation & tracking

-Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-Ability to Handle different level of stake holders
-Well acquainted with MS Office
