Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Attraction: 

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. 

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. 

Candidate Screening: 

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 

Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers. 

Interviewing: 

Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually. 

Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role. 

Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates. 

Collaboration: 

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. 

Offer and Onboarding: 

Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. 

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience. 

Data Management: 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 

Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
