Responsibilities:

As a IT Recruitment at TSIT Digital, you will be responsible for:

1. Understanding Client Requirements: Comprehend client needs related to IT requirements and deliver qualified consultants to meet these needs.

2. Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for both contract and permanent job openings.

3. Building Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with consultants and contractors within a specified region, ensuring a robust network of potential candidates.

4. Interviewing Candidates: Conduct interviews with prospective candidates, evaluating their skills and suitability for various roles.

Educate candidates about TSIT Digital's recruitment processes.

5. Negotiating and Facilitating Placements: Negotiate compensation packages, extend job offers, and facilitate the smooth placement of candidates. Encourage and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.

6. Submission of Candidates: Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field of talent acquisition. - A basic understanding of the IT industry and recruitment processes is a plus.
